Should I use my real name for my user name ?
NO. We do not recommend supplying personal identifiable information as part of your username or in any post.

Personal Attacks...What Should I Do ?
Keep in mind if you feel a post is out of line, use the "Report Bad Post" feature which is the "!" icon in every post of every thread, that's why it's there. We have a strong moderation team, but we cannot read every post on every thread. For those on the "receiving" end of the "personal attack" the protocol for you will be NOT to respond to the "personal attack", report the post and it will be dealt with in less than 12 hrs time, probably within the first hr. Certainly don't quote the whole thing in a public response. When your respond and even quote it, we're much less likely to edit it out and remove the offending post. For those not even involved in the issue, do NOT get involved either and certainly don't quote it either as it has nothing to do with you, but use the "Report Bad Post" feature if you feel it is appropriate.
